Regulations

BOOKING RULES
  1.    PLAY AREAS ARE LIMITED FOR CHILDREN 7 YEARS OLD AND UNDER. 4ft max height / 80 lbs max weight 

  2.    TWO GUARDIANS MAX PER FAMILY. ADDITIONAL GUARDIANS WILL BE CHARGED A $8 FEE.

  3.    GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED FOR PLAY  *SOCKS CAN BE PURCHASED ON-SITE FOR $4*

  4.    NO OUTSIDE FOOD PERMITTED. A $5 FEE APPLIES WHEN BRINGING OUTSIDE FOOD. 

  5.    NO RE-ENTRY ALLOWED

  6.    TAXES NOT INCLUDED IN PRICING

PLAY AREA RULES

1.    CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED BY GUARDIAN AT ALL TIMES
2.    SOCKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES
3.    NO SHOES ALLOWED IN THE PLAY AREAS
4.    ADULTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GO DOWN THE SLIDES
5.    NO FOOD, SNACKS OR DRINKS ALLOWED IN THE PLAY AREA
6.    PARTY FOOD MUST REMAIN IN THE PARTY ROOMS
7.    BABY AREA IS LIMITED TO 24 MONTHS OLD BABIES AND UNDER. ADULTS MUST WEAR SOCKS ONLY.
8.    BIRTHDAY PARTIES ARE LIMITED TO 15 CHILDREN AND 2 ADULTS PER CHILD PARTICIPANT. (PARTY ROOMS OCCUPANCY IS LIMITED).
10.  PARTY ROOMS WILL BE MONITORED FOR OCCUPANCY LIMIT AND BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS IN THE ROOMS WILL BE STAGGERED.
11.  PARTY HOST WILL NOTIFY THE PARTY ONCE THE ROOM IS AVAILABLE FOR THE PARTY CELEBRATION TO BEGIN. PLAY TIME IS TO BE USED FOR THE FULL TIME SLOT RESERVED FOR THE PARTY ONLY. 

BIRTHDAY PARTIES REGULATIONS

1. GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL CHILDREN ***(INCLUDED IN THE PARTY FEE)***
3. BIRTHDAY GUEST WAIVERS MUST BE FILLED OUT BY ALL GUARDIANS PRIOR TO CHECK IN
4. GUEST CHECK IN BEGINS 15 MINUTES BEFORE PARTY STARTS
5. Cakes, cupcakes and decorations are only allowed for scheduled parties. 
6. Final kids count, and pizza order can be updated up to 24 hours before the party! Party packages can not be changed on the day of the event. 
7. At least 1 week before the party date notice is required in order to qualify for a refund
8. You may arrive 30 minutes before the party to set up 
9. Pizza and drinks are available to add on *Please give us a call at least a day before the party if you need to update your pizza order 
11. There is a backdrop in the party room that can be used to hang banners and decorations 
12. You are welcome to bring cake, cupcakes, cookies, donuts, fruit trays, and veggie trays (Other outside food only allowed for private events) 
13. Please, no ice cream cakes, or ice cream. We cannot store anything in our freezer
14. Please, no noise makers, pinatas, whistles, party horns and the like in the facility *No glitter or confetti please 
15. GRIP socks are required for all participants (included)
16. Unless you book a private party, please note that there might be other children, or another party going on during your scheduled party 
17. Late fee may be added on to your party if you do not leave the room on time

PRIVATE EVENT REGULATIONS
  1. YOU WILL BE ALLOWED TO BRING ADDITIONAL FOOD AND DECORATIONS. NO ALCOHOL BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED.

  2. SPACE RENTAL WILL BE MONITORED FOR OCCUPANCY LIMIT OF 90 PEOPLE (30 KIDS MAX AND 60 ADULTS)

  3. A PARTY HOST WILL BE ASSIGNED TO ASSIST YOU DURING THE EVENT. PLAY TIME IS TO BE USED FOR THE FULL TIME SLOT RESERVED FOR THE EVENT ONLY.

  4. FOOD RESTRICTIONS:FOOD WARMERS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ONLY FINGER FOODS AND COLD TRAYS ARE ALLOWED

  5. FOOD SUGGESTIONS: PIZZA, CHICKEN NUGGETS, HOT DOGS, BURGERS, ETC...

  6. SNACKS ARE ALLOWED

  7. NO PEANUT PRODUCTS PLEASE

  8. FOOD IS NOT ALLOWED OUTSIDE THE PARTY ROOMS OR TABLES

  9. NO FOOD, DRINKS OR SNACKS ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THE PLAY AREAS

  10. NO ALCOHOL BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED
